The project was the complete refurbishment of the downstairs area of an old commercial Building to bring it up to Auckland Council Compliance Standards for new Tenants ECC.
The project included demolition of existing plumbing, Lights, electrics, Door and window Joinery, partitions, ceiling, stairwell and asbestos Vinyl flooring. Building works included Fire rated ceiling frames and linings with insulation, infilling of an old stairwell ,fire rated internal partitions and linings for toilets and sales areas. Installation of new windows, doors and shop front joinery. New plumbing for toilets, sinks and fixtures and fittings. New cable trays outlets, power outlets, data , LED lighting in the storeroom areas and Emergency lighting with sensor switches. Security system installed.
New ducted HVAC system throughout the entire lower floor. New Type 4 Fire alarm system throughout the whole building. Old concrete flooring restored and polished, blockwork walls restored and sealed.
