Greenhithe School Weathertightness project was a major undertaking that required the extensive demolition and replacement of cladding, as well as significant remediation and replacement of structural timber and the roof. The project also involved the installation of new insulation and Gib, repiling of 35 new piles, and the rebuild of the entire roof substrate, including the installation of new roof and gutters. The project also involved the complete internal refurbishment of the building, including new toilets, carpet, LED lights, Autex, HVAC system, and painting. The renovations were carried out on an Active School site, providing updated and improved facilities for students and staff.
