Kelston Intermediate School - Dental Block Refurb into Admin Block

External refurbishments included roofing, guttering, painting and Cat 6 cabling from adjoining classroom back to the server.
Internal scope included new plumbing to sinks and the bathroom, lighting upgrades, wall devising rooms removed to create an open plan space, internal plastering and paint of all surfaces, joinery brought back into working order levelling of flooring for new carpeting and new data points /electrical points to support desktops.
