Northcote Primary School - Asbestos Removal & Refurbishment

Removal and subsequent demolition of 4 asbestos clad relocatable classrooms off site, undertaking the required documentation to move asbestos-containing cladding in line with Health and safety regulations.
Relocation of remaining 3 relocatable classrooms with pilings and tie off.
Remaining classrooms brought up to standard including Re-cladding and re-trussing of 1 classroom and re-roofing of 3.
Refurbishment of the 4 remaining classrooms which consisted of re gibing and plastering several inside walls and a ceiling, painting all interior and exteriors of the classrooms and 1 roof.
Re -carpeting all classrooms, Autex boards on walls, air conditioning, new LED lighting and data/ electrical points.
