Internal Refurbishment of a Spark Hub in Ponsonby and their North Shore Head Office in Takapuna. This consisted of demolition of internal walls, with new internal walls created to provide new offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and communal spaces. Plastering, painting and new tile carpeting throughout. Repositioning of mechanical services and Reinstatement of suspended ceilings, access control, data and electrical services.
