Te Papapa School - Roofing

The recent project at Te Papapa School involved the comprehensive removal of old rusting roofing, gutters, downpipes, and air conditioning units, as well as structural repairs and the installation of insulation, rescrewing, new steel and clearlite roofing membrane, dektites, flashings, gutters and downpipes, new monkey toes and the recommissioning of air conditioning units. This extensive work covered over 80% of the school and greatly improved the overall condition and functionality of the building.
